Shot on 8mm film in 1957, this vintage home movie captures a horseback riding competition in Wheeling, Ohio. A rider in a dark jacket and light pants gallops a white horse across a grassy field, navigating around a cone obstacle. Spectators line a white fence in the background, watching from behind a row of classic American cars from the era. The footage, framed by a dark border, shows natural daylight and the characteristic grain and color palette of mid-century home movies, evoking a nostalgic sense of community and rural Americana.
