Shot on 8mm film in 1957, this vintage home movie captures a lively outdoor equestrian event in Wheeling, Ohio. Riders in Western attire, including a man in a black cowboy hat and ornate vest, guide their horses across a grassy field. Spectators, including children, watch from behind a wooden fence as horses parade in a line. The footage features classic 1950s fashion, period cars in the background, and the warm, slightly faded color palette characteristic of Super 8 film. This authentic slice of Americana showcases community recreation and horseback riding culture.
