CUMBERLAND MARYLAND-1938: A vintage 8mm home movie captures four young women in period swimwear at a sun-drenched outdoor pool. They gather at the edge, with one woman standing near a metal ladder, while others crouch or sit at the water's edge. The scene is framed by a dense, leafy hedge, and the grainy black-and-white footage shows natural light and the characteristic look of 1930s amateur film. This archival clip offers a nostalgic glimpse into mid-century recreation and community life.
