Shot on 8mm film in 1937, this vintage home movie captures women in period dresses walking toward a secluded lake in Southampton, New York. The grainy black-and-white footage shows a woman in a light-colored dress with a dark skirt and another in a white dress, both with styled 1930s hair, moving through a wooded area. The scene includes a small body of water and lush foliage, with a brief moment of darkness suggesting a film splice. The footage exudes nostalgic charm, offering authentic archival material for historical documentaries, editorial content, or retro-themed projects.
