Women Placing Crabs On A Table Covered In Crabs — Clip Details

A vintage 8mm home movie clip from Norfolk, Virginia, in 1966 captures a woman in a striped dress placing crabs onto a white table already piled high with cooked crabs. The scene unfolds outdoors on a grassy lawn, with a person in a floral dress standing nearby. The footage, shot on 8mm film, shows natural daylight and the characteristic grain and color shifts of mid-century home movies. The focus is on the abundance of seafood, suggesting a family gathering or crab feast.
