NORFOLK VIRGINIA-1966: A vintage 8mm home movie captures a lively outdoor event where two white parrots perform on a stage-like platform. A diverse crowd of adults and children watches from folding chairs under bright sunlight. A man in a yellow shirt and dark pants, likely a handler or supervisor, stands beside the birds, guiding their interaction. The scene, shot on Super 8 film, shows natural film grain and slight color fading, evoking a nostalgic 1960s atmosphere. The parrots appear engaged in a race or performance, with one perched on a long pole. The setting suggests a fair, carnival, or community gathering, with a ladder and tent visible in the background.
