NORFOLK VIRGINIA-1966: A vintage 8mm home movie captures a U.S. Coast Guard vehicle parked on a city street during a parade or festival. The footage shows a crowd of people, including children in winter coats, gathered on the sidewalk in front of a brick building with a "Frank Thomas Co." sign. The scene is shot through the frame of a camera or window, with visible film grain and scratches, evoking a nostalgic, archival feel of a 1960s American community event.
