Street Parade With Model Jet And Classic Car — Clip Details

NORFOLK VIRGINIA-1966: A vintage 8mm home movie captures a street parade in a mid-20th century American city. A crowd of onlookers, dressed in 1960s attire, gathers on the sidewalk near storefronts like 'Frank Thomas Co. Naval Tailors'. A model jet aircraft is displayed on a float, followed by a classic black and white convertible car with passengers waving. The footage shows the bustling atmosphere of a public celebration, with film grain and color fading characteristic of Super 8 home movies from the era.
