Police Motorcycles Lead Parade With Marching Band In Red — Clip Details

A vintage 8mm home movie from 1966 captures a lively parade in Norfolk, Virginia. Police officers on motorcycles lead the procession down a city street, followed by a marching band in striking red uniforms and tall black hats. The footage, shot from a moving vehicle, shows the classic look of 8mm film with its grain, slight color fading, and natural motion blur. The scene is filled with the energy of a community celebration, with spectators lining the sidewalks and storefronts like a Pep Boys auto supply visible in the background.
