Parade Float With Marching Band And Beauty Queens On — Clip Details

NORFOLK VIRGINIA-1966: A vintage 8mm home movie captures a lively parade with a large, ornate float covered in white snow-like material and red flowers. Several women in white gowns, likely beauty queens, stand on the float waving to the crowd. The scene shifts to a marching band in yellow and white uniforms playing instruments as they march down the street, with spectators lining the sidewalks. The footage shows classic 1960s colors and film grain, with a Hertz rental car sign visible in the background, evoking a nostalgic Americana atmosphere.
