Beautiful Queens And Princesses Waving To Everyone As — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1962, this vintage footage captures a dazzling parade float in Pasadena, California. The elaborate float features a central white arched structure with a tiered fountain, flanked by large purple crescent moon decorations. Women in elegant purple gowns, likely queens or princesses, wave to the crowd from the float, which is adorned with pink sequins and white floral embellishments. The scene exudes mid-century Americana nostalgia, with a slightly grainy, color-saturated look characteristic of home movie footage from the era.
