A crowd gathers at a 1962 science exhibition in Izmir, Turkey, to view a large model of a rocket emblazoned with 'UNITED STATES' against a starry backdrop. Shot on 8mm film, the footage captures families and adults in period attire—men in suits and hats, women in dresses—standing in silhouette under bright sunlight that casts sharp shadows. The vintage Super 8 aesthetic features natural film grain, slight color fading, and authentic 1960s ambiance, reflecting Cold War-era fascination with space exploration and American technological achievement.
