Shot on 8mm film in 1962, this vintage home movie captures a sun-drenched park in Izmir, Turkey. A slow camera zoom reveals a wide promenade lined with palm trees and a distinctive white monument at its center. Families stroll along the path, including a woman and two children in light summer clothing. The scene is framed by lush greenery and distant mountains under a clear blue sky, with classic 1960s film grain and color saturation. This archival footage offers a nostalgic glimpse into mid-century Turkish public life and urban design.
