Shot on 8mm film in 1962, this vintage clip captures a rural scene in Izmir, Turkey, featuring a steam train stopped on a track beside a dry cornfield. A young boy in dark clothing walks across the foreground while several people stand near the train, possibly waiting or observing. The footage shows classic Super 8 film characteristics: grainy texture, faded colors with a strong blue cast, and visible film scratches. The scene is framed by dark borders, suggesting it was filmed through a window or from a moving vehicle. This archival home movie offers a nostalgic glimpse of mid-century rural life and transportation.
