Shot on 8mm film in 1962, this vintage home movie captures a group of people exploring rocky terrain near Izmir, Turkey. The footage shows individuals walking among ancient stone ruins and scattered boulders under a bright sky. A large animal, possibly a mule or donkey, carries supplies through the rugged landscape. The scene unfolds in a natural, outdoor setting with green hills in the background, conveying a sense of adventure and discovery. The film exhibits classic Super 8 grain, color fading, and slight motion blur, characteristic of amateur 1960s home movies. This archival footage is ideal for documentaries, historical content, or nostalgic storytelling.
