Shot on 8mm film in 1967, this vintage home movie captures a young boy exploring a wooded hillside in Yellowstone Wyoming. The footage opens on a dense forested slope with tall evergreen trees and a dirt path, then shifts to a dark, shadowy scene where the boy, wearing a striped shirt, walks and turns toward the camera. The film exhibits classic Super 8 grain, color shifts, and natural lighting, evoking a nostalgic, personal memory of a family vacation in the American West.
