Shot on 8mm film in 1967, this vintage home movie captures children playing in ankle-deep water at Yellowstone Wyoming. A young boy in a white shirt and pink shorts stands with a toddler in red shorts and a light top, while another child in plaid shorts is nearby. The scene unfolds in a shallow river with a blue-tinted, grainy aesthetic typical of Super 8 footage. The children are barefoot, wading and holding hands, with a natural, unposed feel. The footage shows slight camera movement and the warm, nostalgic quality of a family summer outing.
