Polar Bears in Snowy Zoo Enclosure with Spectators — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1971, this vintage home movie captures a snowy zoo enclosure with two polar bears. One bear stands on a rock ledge while the other walks near a pool, surrounded by bare winter trees and a concrete wall. The foreground shows the blurred heads of spectators, indicating a public viewing. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 grain, color shifts, and a slightly faded look, evoking a nostalgic 1970s family outing. This archival clip offers authentic, unscripted moments of wildlife and public life from the era.
