Statue Of Liberty Silhouette On Cloudy Day — Clip Details

NEW YORK CITY-1964: A vintage 8mm home movie captures the Statue of Liberty in dramatic silhouette against a cloudy, overcast sky. The footage, shot from a low angle, emphasizes the iconic monument's towering presence, with its raised torch and spiked crown clearly defined. The film exhibits a distinct blue-purple color cast and heavy grain, characteristic of 1960s home movie stock. The camera remains steady, focusing on the statue's form as it stands against the muted backdrop, evoking a sense of classic Americana and historical nostalgia.
