A grainy, black-and-white 8mm home movie from 1939 captures a young child seated in a vintage safety chair, likely a high chair, inside a dimly lit room. The child, wearing light-colored clothing, appears to be eating or playing with their hands, leaning forward with focused attention. The footage shows natural film grain, slight motion blur, and the characteristic vignette of old 8mm film, with a window and curtains visible in the background. This authentic archival clip offers a candid glimpse into domestic life in the late 1930s.
