A vintage 8mm home movie from 1939 captures a young baby in a bathtub, visibly distressed and crying as an adult's hands bathe them. The footage, shot from above, shows the baby's face contorted in tears and discomfort, with soapy water on their head. The grainy, slightly faded color and film scratches are characteristic of Super 8 home movie footage from the era. This intimate, unfiltered moment of childhood captures a raw, emotional reaction to bath time, offering a nostalgic glimpse into domestic life in mid-20th century America.
