A Lady In A White Blouse And Yellow Skirt Swinging A... — Clip Details

A woman in a white sleeveless blouse and yellow skirt practices her golf swing on a sunny day in Scottsdale, Arizona, 1968. Shot on 8mm film, the footage captures her mid-swing and follow-through in a grassy backyard with palm trees and a house in the background. She wears sunglasses and white shoes, with golf balls scattered on the lawn. The warm, slightly faded colors and film grain evoke a nostalgic, authentic 1960s home movie feel. Archive Intelligence

Archive brief fit: 1960s Scottsdale home-movie footage suited to requests for mid-century leisure, amateur golf practice, and sunny suburban recreation inserts.
Period detail: The sleeveless blouse, bright yellow skirt, sunglasses, lawn setting, and 8mm color stock support a late-1960s domestic recreation scene.
Home-movie behavior: The clip preserves an unstaged home-movie moment as a woman practices golf swings on a backyard lawn rather than posing for the camera.
What appears in frame: Visible elements include a woman with sunglasses, a golf club, scattered golf balls, a green lawn, palm trees, shrubs, and a low house in the background.
Film character: The 8mm scan has soft focus, visible grain, warm color fading, and contact-sheet framing that give the scene tactile archival texture.
Edit role: An editor could use this as a brief cutaway, leisure insert, or memory beat for 1960s sport, vacation, or suburban lifestyle sequences.
Historical context: The footage shows recreational golf practice in a residential-looking outdoor setting, reflecting everyday leisure rather than a formal sporting event.
Research note: A recognizable adult face appears, so likeness review may be needed; no logos are evident, and copyright clearance is separate from likeness or property concerns.
Research search match: Useful search matches include 1968 Scottsdale 8mm golf practice, woman swinging golf club, 1960s backyard leisure, and vintage Arizona home movie.
Archive pairing path: Pair first with adjacent shots from the same reel, then Scottsdale or 1968 Arizona material, then broader 1960s leisure, golf, and home-movie recreation scenes.
