People Walk In Front Of A Pool At A Resort In A — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1968, this vintage home movie captures a sun-drenched resort pool scene in Scottsdale, Arizona. Palm trees frame the view of a turquoise pool surrounded by yellow lounge chairs, with guests relaxing under a clear blue sky. A low-slung motel building with green trim lines the poolside, set against a backdrop of rugged desert mountains. The footage shows people strolling and lounging, with a 'LIFE GUARD OFF DUTY' sign visible. The warm, slightly faded colors and film grain evoke classic mid-century Americana.

What appears in frame: Visible elements include a turquoise pool, palm trunks, yellow lounge chairs, motel-style rooms, desert mountains, poolside guests, shrubs, and a lifeguard off-duty sign.
Film character: The footage shows soft handheld 8mm texture, mild gate framing, visible grain, faded color, and bright desert exposure that suit archive memory inserts.
