A young toddler in a cream-colored outfit runs and chases a small black and brown chihuahua puppy on a sunny suburban sidewalk in Birmingham, Alabama, 1957. The child holds the puppy briefly before letting it run ahead, capturing a candid moment of playful energy. Shot on 8mm film, the footage features warm, slightly faded colors and natural film grain, evoking a nostalgic, home movie feel. The scene unfolds outdoors with scattered autumn leaves and a concrete curb, showcasing a genuine slice of mid-century American family life.
