A young girl in a vintage swimsuit plays joyfully in shallow water at a New York location in 1949. Shot on 8mm film, the grainy black-and-white footage captures her smiling, splashing, and wading through the water with carefree innocence. Her wet hair clings to her face as she moves, fully immersed in the moment. The natural, unscripted action and authentic period details make this a rare glimpse into mid-century childhood play. The footage has a nostalgic, home-movie quality with visible film grain and soft focus, evoking a sense of personal memory and historical charm. Ideal for documentaries, editorial content, or nostalgic storytelling.
