A vibrant 1959 8mm home movie captures a small-town parade in Iowa, featuring a colorful float shaped like a white windmill with blue trim. Children in period clothing ride the float as it moves down a tree-lined street, passing a crowd of spectators behind a white picket fence. The footage shows classic mid-century Americana with vintage cars, period attire, and a festive atmosphere, all rendered in the warm, slightly grainy quality of Super 8 film.
