Shot on 8mm film in 1983, this vintage home movie captures a woman in a long coat walking through a paved courtyard in Moscow, Russia. She carries a bag and moves toward two children—a girl with a bow and a boy holding an umbrella—who stand together before walking forward. The grainy black-and-white footage shows classic 1980s clothing and a stark, geometric urban landscape with large concrete structures in the background. The handheld camera follows the woman as she passes the children, creating a candid, nostalgic moment of everyday life in the Soviet era.
