Children and Nun Walking Along Road — Clip Details

CHIMAY BELGIUM-1962: A group of young children in light-colored coats and white bonnets walk in a line along a paved road, guided by a nun in a traditional black habit and white coif. They move past a weathered stone wall and a vintage light-colored car, likely a Citroën 2CV, under overcast skies. The footage, shot on 8mm film, captures the scene with characteristic grain and soft focus, evoking a nostalgic, mid-century European moment. The final frame reveals a grand stone castle or chateau in the distance, suggesting a rural Belgian setting. This authentic home movie footage is ideal for documentaries, historical projects, or nostalgic content.
