Uniformed Marchers Carry Banner in Civic Parade — Clip Details

CANNES FRANCE-1962: A vintage 8mm home movie captures a civic parade in Cannes, France, in 1962. Two young men in matching uniforms with blue vests and yellow trim march down a city street, carrying a large purple banner. A crowd of onlookers, including children and adults, watches from behind metal barricades. The footage shows the parade participants walking past European-style buildings under a bright sky, with a French flag visible in the background. The film exhibits classic Super 8 grain, slight color fading, and natural camera movement, offering authentic archival footage of a community celebration.
