Military Officer Greeting Civilians At Public Event — Clip Details

CANNES FRANCE-1962: A vintage 8mm home movie captures a formal event with a crowd of civilians and military personnel. A man in a dark military uniform with a peaked cap and white gloves greets attendees, including a woman in a patterned dress and a man in a suit and sunglasses. The scene shifts to a wide shot of a large yellow building with arched windows, where a crowd gathers on the roof and a white car is parked in front. The footage shows the characteristic grain, color fading, and slight motion blur of 1960s Super 8 film, evoking a sense of historical nostalgia and public ceremony.
