Black And White Video Of Women At A Lakeside — Clip Details

CLEAR LAKE CALIFORNIA-1939: Black and white 8mm home movie footage captures two women standing by a lakeside, their silhouettes framed against the water. The grainy, high-contrast film shows a young woman in a sailor-style top and an older woman in a patterned dress, both gazing toward the camera. In the background, a calm lake stretches to a distant shoreline with docks and boats. A small boat with three people appears in a later frame, resting on the shore near trees. The footage exhibits classic Super 8 film characteristics—soft focus, natural light, and subtle motion—evoking a quiet, nostalgic moment from the late 1930s.
