Villagers Walk Past Huts By River, Scene Changes To... — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1946, this vintage home movie captures a riverside village scene in Bombay, India. Villagers in traditional attire walk along a wooden embankment in front of thatched huts, with a calm river in the foreground. The footage transitions to a grand white temple complex with ornate spires and domes, nestled among palm trees and lush greenery. The film exhibits natural grain, slight color fading, and authentic Super 8 imperfections, offering a nostalgic glimpse into mid-20th century Indian life and architecture.
