Smiling Young Boy Plays With Ball In Backyard — Clip Details

A young boy in a white t-shirt and blue shorts plays with a silver ball in a sun-drenched backyard in Davis, California, 1967. Shot on 8mm film, the clip captures him smiling and running across the grassy yard, with a white pedestal birdbath and lush green trees in the background. Another child in a yellow shirt briefly appears, adding to the playful, nostalgic atmosphere of this vintage home movie. The footage features natural film grain, slight motion blur, and the warm, faded color palette characteristic of 1960s Super 8 home recordings.
