Shot on 8mm film in 1967, this vintage home movie captures a quiet backyard moment in Davis, California. A young girl in a patterned sleeveless top walks across a sun-dappled green lawn, her face turned downward in thought. The camera follows her movement, revealing a white plastic toy lying on the grass and a weathered red wooden fence in the background. A man in a white shirt and blue pants crouches on the lawn, tending to a small dog. The footage exhibits natural film grain, warm color tones, and the characteristic framing of a home movie, evoking a sense of nostalgic Americana from the late 1960s.
