Two young boys play in the mud near a wire fence in this 1968 8mm home movie from Ely, Nevada. Shot on vintage 8mm film, the footage captures the boys laughing and digging in the dirt, their bare skin and wet hair glistening in the sunlight. The scene has a distinct blue-purple color cast typical of aged Super 8 film, with visible grain and soft focus. Their joyful, carefree play evokes a sense of nostalgic Americana from the late 1960s.
