Large Floral Float in City Parade with Dancers and Crowds — Clip Details

A vibrant 1968 parade in Vancouver, BC, captured on 8mm film, shows a large, elaborately decorated float with purple and white floral designs moving down a city street. Dancers in pink costumes perform on the float as crowds line the sidewalks, watching the celebration. The footage, shot from a fixed perspective, features a digital clock reading 10:10 and a 'CAMERAS' storefront in the background, with the warm, slightly faded colors and grain of vintage home movie footage adding to the nostalgic atmosphere.
