Parade With Women In Dirndls And Decorated Float — Clip Details

VANCOUVER BC CANADA-1968: A vibrant street parade unfolds on a sunny day, captured on 8mm film. Young women in traditional red and white dirndl-style dresses march in formation, their white gloves and red shoes adding to the festive look. The procession includes a colorful, elaborately decorated float featuring costumed figures and the text 'LEAVENWORTH'. Spectators line the city street, watching from the sidewalks as the parade moves past storefronts, including a camera shop. The footage has a warm, nostalgic quality with natural film grain and slight motion blur, characteristic of vintage home movie footage from the late 1960s.
