Boys Playing In The Woods With Tire Swing — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1968, this vintage home movie captures boys enjoying a summer day in the woods of Cottonwood, Arizona. A young boy with a shaved head smiles at the camera, while others play on a tire swing and walk along a forest path. The footage shows classic 1960s outdoor recreation with natural lighting, film grain, and a nostalgic color palette. The boys wear casual summer clothes, and the setting features tall trees and dappled sunlight. This authentic Super 8 home movie offers a glimpse into mid-century American childhood and family life in the Southwest.
