Shot on 8mm film in 1967, this vintage home movie captures a dramatic scene at Yellowstone National Park. Visitors in period clothing walk along a dirt path near a geothermal area where steam rises from the ground. The landscape features rolling hills, sparse trees, and a dark forested ridge under a cloudy sky. The footage shows natural geothermal activity with steam vents and fumaroles, offering a nostalgic glimpse of mid-century tourism and the park's raw natural beauty. The film's grain and color saturation reflect the era's home movie aesthetic.
