Archive brief fit: Useful for 1960s home-movie requests needing brief summer recreation footage of adults swimming in open water in Camden, New Jersey.
Period detail: The swimwear, color 8mm look, and metadata-supported 1961 date place the scene in early 1960s American leisure, though no landmarks are visible.
Home-movie behavior: The value is in the unstaged swimming and wading, with adults moving casually in the water as the camera observes from a distance.
What appears in frame: Visible elements include open water, a blonde woman in light swimwear, another swimmer nearby, dark film-frame borders, and a brief glimpse of a vehicle hood or reflective object.
Film character: The clip has soft 8mm color, visible grain, uneven exposure, slight blur, and framed contact-sheet edges that emphasize its physical home-movie origin.
Edit role: Editors could use it as a short insert, memory beat, or transition for mid-century summer leisure, swimming, family outings, or waterside recreation.
Historical context: The footage reflects casual outdoor recreation in 1961 Camden-area home movies without showing identifiable public landmarks or organized events.
Research note: People and faces are visible, so likeness review may be needed; copyright, privacy, and location clearance should be assessed separately.

Archive pairing path: Pair first with the same reel, then other Camden or 1961 footage, then broader 1960s swimming, summer leisure, and home-movie recreation scenes.
