A man pushes a cart covered with a green tarp through a wet, bustling city street in Ireland, 1969. The 8mm film captures pedestrians in period coats and hats navigating the rain-slicked pavement. Storefronts with signs for 'National Bank' and 'Tylers' line the street, and a bus stop sign indicates routes. The footage shows a mix of vintage urban life and transportation, with the cart moving steadily through the crowd under overcast skies.
