Archive brief fit: Useful for requests needing 1960s Minnesota home-movie footage of informal lakeside swimming, family recreation, and summer leisure for documentary or educational edits.
Period detail: The black one-piece swimsuit, handheld 8mm framing, and color-faded lake setting may show mid-1960s vacation or local recreation style.
Home-movie behavior: The clip has unstaged home-movie value as a woman smiles toward the camera, turns, and walks along the water while another swimmer stands nearby.
What appears in frame: Visible elements include a woman in a dark swimsuit, calm lake water, a sandy or concrete lakeside edge, grass, a towel or bag, and another person in the shallows.
Film character: The footage carries soft focus, visible grain, mild color fading, handheld movement, and 8mm frame borders that support its physical-film archive character.
Edit role: An editor could use this as a short memory beat, summer recreation cutaway, or transition into a family outing or lakeside leisure sequence.
Historical context: The scene shows casual outdoor swimming and lakeside recreation in a personal home-movie context without identifying a specific public beach or event.
Research note: People and faces are visible, so likeness review may be needed; no logos or private property are apparent, and copyright status is separate from depicted-person clearance.
Research search match: Matches searches for 1967 Minnesota 8mm lake swimming, 1960s woman in black swimsuit, vintage family lake outing, and home movie summer recreation.
Archive pairing path: Pair first with adjacent same-reel lake or family footage, then with Minnesota 1967 recreation scenes, then with broader 1960s swimming and summer leisure clips.
