Shot on 8mm film in 1966, this vintage home movie captures passengers aboard a boat tour viewing a large suspension bridge with a prominent green tower. The footage, framed by the boat's edge, shows a diverse group of people in summer attire, including a woman in a bright green top and others wearing sunglasses and headscarves, all looking toward the bridge. The scene includes industrial buildings along the waterfront and red tugboats docked nearby, all under a hazy sky with the characteristic grain and color palette of Super 8 film. This archival footage offers a nostalgic glimpse of mid-century transportation and leisure in Silver Lake, California.
