A vibrant 1966 8mm home movie captures a small-town parade in Hagerstown, Maryland. Young girls in blue and white uniforms march down a tree-lined street, some carrying a purple banner. Adults, including a man in a light-colored uniform, walk alongside the procession. The footage shows classic 8mm film grain, warm colors, and a handheld camera perspective, evoking a nostalgic, community-focused celebration.
