Archive Intelligence

Archive brief fit: 1960s Super 8 home-movie pool footage useful for documentary or editorial sequences about leisure travel, swimming, and family vacation settings in Florida.
Period detail: The white swim cap, dark one-piece swimsuit, soft color, and small-gauge film frame may show mid-1960s vacation swimming style.
Home-movie behavior: The clip has an unstaged home-movie feel as the camera observes a woman calmly swimming and floating in a pool rather than posing for a formal shot.
What appears in frame: Visible elements include a woman in a white swim cap, turquoise pool water, a dark swimsuit, pool edge, ripples, film borders, and mild surface glare.
Film character: The footage carries Super 8 texture with visible grain, faded color, soft focus, exposure variation, and dark frame borders from the original film scan.
Edit role: An editor could use this as a brief cutaway, memory beat, or transitional insert for 1960s vacation, swimming, or warm-weather leisure scenes.
Historical context: The scene reflects casual recreational swimming in a resort or attraction pool setting, with the visual context limited to the swimmer and water.
Research note: A visible adult face and likeness may require review, while no logos, music, or children are apparent from the supplied frames.
Research search match: Relevant searches include 1966 Super 8 woman swimming, Florida pool home movie, 1960s swim cap footage, and vintage vacation pool scene.
Archive pairing path: Pair first with adjacent shots from the same reel, then other 1966 Busche Gardens Florida footage, then broader 1960s pool and vacation home movies.
