Shot on 8mm film in 1964, this vintage home movie captures the exterior of a church in Harvard, Illinois. The footage opens on a stone statue of a robed figure set within an arched niche above the main entrance, with carved lettering visible on the stone lintel. The scene then shifts to a family—a man in a dark suit, a woman in a light jacket and patterned dress, and a young girl in a white hat and dress—walking along a sidewalk. A classic silver sedan is parked in the foreground. The film exhibits natural 8mm grain, soft focus, and a slightly faded color palette typical of mid-century home movies.
