Children Play Baseball — Clip Details

A young boy in a light-colored baseball uniform and cap pitches on a dirt field during a youth game in Albany, New York, 1964. Other players in similar uniforms stand on the field, with a man in a white shirt observing. The scene is framed by the dark borders of an 8mm film projector, showing visible grain, scratches, and slight color fading typical of vintage home movie footage. In the background, white suburban houses and trees line the horizon under an overcast sky. The handheld camera captures the action with slight movement, preserving the authentic feel of a 1960s family recording.
