Guests View Columbia Sailing Vessel With American Flag — Clip Details

Shot on 8mm film in 1962, this vintage home movie captures guests at Disneyland California observing the Columbia, a traditional sailing vessel. The clip shows a family group from behind, dressed in period attire, looking toward the ship's stern, which features the name 'COLUMBIA' and an American flag. The scene is set in a sun-drenched park with lush green trees and flower beds, showcasing the classic Disneyland atmosphere of the early 1960s. The footage has natural film grain and color fading typical of Super 8 home movies.
