HAGERSTOWN MARYLAND USA-1961: Young boys in green scout uniforms march in formation down a suburban street, their red neckerchiefs and caps a vivid contrast against the muted greens and grays of the 1960s. One boy carries a white flag with a red circle, likely a Japanese flag, adding a unique detail to the parade. The footage, shot on 8mm film, shows a steady, eye-level perspective with natural film grain and slight color fading, capturing a moment of organized youth activity in a quiet neighborhood with houses and trees in the background.
