HAGERSTOWN MARYLAND USA-1961: A vibrant 8mm home movie captures a troop of Boy Scouts marching in a parade on a bright, sunny day. The young scouts, dressed in dark green uniforms with red neckerchiefs and caps, carry white flags with red emblems as they proceed along a residential street. The footage, shot from a slightly obscured viewpoint, shows the scouts moving past a house with white columns and lush green hedges, with onlookers visible in the background. The warm, slightly faded colors and characteristic film grain of the 8mm footage evoke a strong sense of 1960s Americana and community spirit.
